Your daily tasks will include cleaning and sanitizing workstations, preparing and organizing ingredients, and assisting with food preparation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Clean and sanitize kitchen workstations, equipment, and surfaces daily.
- Prepare and organize ingredients for food preparation.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head chef.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory, including restocking and reporting shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Assist with kitchen setup and breakdown for events and special occasions.
- Provide excellent customer service to kitchen staff and visitors.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service or kitchen support role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
