🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.
• Valid SIM card and stable internet connection.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
