📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the automotive parts inventory using SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Ensure that all parts are properly stocked and that orders are fulfilled efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure that we have the right parts in stock.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Work with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their part needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our inventory management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive parts inventory management or a similar role.
• Proven experience using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
