As Hotel Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage a team of 50+ staff, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth. You'll work closely with property managers, housekeeping, and front office teams, using tools like PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to streamline processes. This role offers unparalleled exposure to Bali's luxury market and a competitive salary of IDR 55,000,000 - 65,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Manage a team of 50+ staff, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
• Implement and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and problem resolution.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across all properties.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and promote eco-friendly practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local communities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, preferably in Bali.
• Proven track record of managing high-end hotels with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHSE).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using PMS, CRM, and other hospitality management software.
• Understanding of local regulations and industry trends in Bali.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
