As a member of our team, you'll work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring that our food is consistently excellent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including main courses, appetizers, and desserts.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all dishes.
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies and ingredients to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Help with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and baking.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the kitchen's overall success.
• Learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from the Head Chef.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, stoves, and food processors.
• Experience with at least one of the following software: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals to our guests.
