📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Assist in developing and implementing store strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the performance of the sales team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure high productivity and professionalism.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, using our inventory management system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to support store initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and employee productivity, and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Participate in store meetings, events, and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Experience in inventory management and control is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends, promotions, and customer behavior is desirable.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
