📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure smooth production flow.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Utilize SAP ERP and other inventory management tools to track and report inventory status.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP and other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
