📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a team of 5-10 collectors, ensuring they meet and exceed their daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
• Monitor and analyze collection performance using tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
• Provide regular reports to the regional manager on team performance and collection trends.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in a financial services company.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and QuickBooks for collections management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
