Join Pakuwon Group, a leading real estate developer in Indonesia, as a Marketing & Leasing Specialist based in beautiful Bali. This is a unique opportunity to drive tenant acquisition and retail strategy across premium commercial spaces in Bali's most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. In this role, you'll work closely with property managers and leasing agents to ensure that our commercial spaces are consistently filled with high-quality tenants.

With a strong background in marketing and leasing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract potential tenants and maximize occupancy rates. You'll use tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and CRM systems to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to track tenant inquiries and leasing activity.
• Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents to ensure smooth tenant acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content, to promote available commercial spaces.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mailchimp.
• Negotiate leasing agreements and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, landlords, and industry partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or leasing in the commercial real estate sector.
• Strong understanding of the Bali real estate market and tenant demographics.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations in Bali.
