📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine design concepts for luxury garments, working closely with international clients to ensure their vision is realized.
• Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and samples using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with pattern makers to translate designs into accurate patterns.
• Conduct fabric tests and work with our sourcing team to select the best materials for each design.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring that designs are executed with precision and attention to detail.
• Work with our quality control team to ensure that all garments meet our high standards of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion and luxury garment design.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling explanations of your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker, with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
