📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Conduct process mapping and value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using tools like 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA.
- Lead and mentor team members on Lean practices and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze production data using SAP ERP and MES.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or a similar role.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in using SAP ERP and MES.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
