As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting operational, compliance, and financial audits to ensure that our processes are in line with industry regulations and internal policies. You will use tools such as SAP, Excel, and specialized audit software to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and industry regulations.
• Identify risks and areas for improvement in our processes and controls.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with various departments to gather data and evidence for audits.
• Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on audit processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and audit standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other audit software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
