📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and manage in-store displays, including fixtures, signage, and product placements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate merchandising performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with retail regulations and company policies.
• Mentor and develop the merchandising team to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and store layout.
• Proficiency in using retail merchandising software such as Visual Merchandiser or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
