As the Club General Manager at Exertainment Indonesia, you'll wear many hats daily. You'll lead a team of dedicated professionals, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure all our clubs meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and member experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Surabaya clubs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for all members.
• Drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and member engagement programs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep across all locations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and execute company-wide initiatives and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the fitness industry, preferably in a management position.
• A degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and member satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Certification in health and safety management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
