📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Minister in the preparation and implementation of maritime and fisheries policies and programs.,Provide administrative and logistical support to the Minister, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.,Coordinate with various government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and international partners to support the Minister's initiatives.,Conduct research and analysis on maritime and fisheries issues to provide data-driven recommendations.,Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for the Minister and other stakeholders.,Assist in the organization of meetings, conferences, and events related to maritime and fisheries matters.,Support the Minister in representing the Ministry at national and international forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, fisheries management, public administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a government or public sector organization.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and policies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
