Urban Point Dinamis is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food, and leading a team of chefs. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our growing business.

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and consistency,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Manage and train a team of chefs,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Order and manage inventory of food supplies,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Participate in cost control and budgeting,Ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successful kitchen management,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience with remote work and team collaboration tools,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
