📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct in-depth analysis of purchasing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement systematic monitoring mechanisms to track purchasing activities.
- Create and execute action plans to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in purchasing processes.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP to analyze data and generate reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented action plans.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
- Knowledge of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
