AETHER Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Singkawang. As the Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and objectives.,Monitor and track employee progress and development through regular assessments and feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide guidance and support to junior training officers and staff members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant training and development policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in training and development or related fields are a plus.
