Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of service staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards of service.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement of service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the F&B service.,Monitor and manage the budget for the F&B service, ensuring it is used efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of managing and training a team of service staff.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
