Mega Ponsel Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Head Cook / Kepala Koki to lead our culinary team in Jakarta Barat. As the Head Cook, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and maintain exceptional standards of hygiene and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of chefs, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

As the Head Cook, you will work closely with our management team to develop and implement new menu items, and you will be responsible for training and mentoring our junior chefs. You will also be responsible for maintaining our kitchen's inventory and ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, menu development, and staff scheduling
• Ensure high-quality food preparation by setting and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage a team of chefs, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies
• Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and health codes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Work with the management team to develop and implement new culinary initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
