LUMEN Unggul is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palopo. This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will be able to start right away. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure they are completed on time.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving company vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and inspections.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a plus.
