📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Monitor and control financial risks and ensure adherence to internal controls.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management to facilitate decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
