DRIFT Sejahtera is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Canggu. We are a dynamic and growing company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. As a Deputy HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to employee development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
