📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage key client accounts and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Work closely with the creative and media teams to ensure that advertising campaigns meet client goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
