PT Astrid Cipta is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, as well as handling customer transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to customers.,Handle customer transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee and other supplies.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, often during peak hours.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Stay updated on new coffee trends and products to offer a diverse menu.,Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in a coffee shop or customer service role is a plus.,Friendly, outgoing, and able to work well in a team.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
