You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our agency partnerships, and you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners in the automotive industry, including dealerships, insurance providers, and financial institutions.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance agency partnerships and drive mutual success.
• Coordinate with agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration and maximize the value of our partnerships.
• Liaise between BFI Finance Indonesia and agency partners to address any issues or concerns.
• Monitor and analyze agency performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen agency relationships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on agency partnerships and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our agency partnerships remain competitive and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency relations, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
