Oversee and manage site operations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and implement site improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and manage site expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.,Provide regular reports on site performance and any issues encountered.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or engineering industry.,Proven track record of managing and maintaining logistics sites.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with logistics software and tools.,Valid driver's license and experience operating various types of vehicles.,Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
