In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures,Oversee inventory management, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management,Train and mentor junior staff members,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage store security and safety protocols

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store administration or a similar role,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg
