Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality.,Manage a team of property managers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our property management operations.,Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our properties are always well-represented and attract the right tenants.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our properties are performing at their best.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that our properties are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with our tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is satisfied with our services.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the property management industry, and implement them as needed to improve our operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, with a strong background in residential and commercial property management.,Proven track record of success in managing a portfolio of properties, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of property managers and maintenance staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in the use of property management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Familiarity with the legal and regulatory requirements related to property management in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.🛠️ Keahlian
