As a Senior Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Coinbase in the ADGM (Abu Dhabi Global Market) framework. You will be responsible for overseeing key strategic initiatives, managing high-profile projects, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.

This is a remote position, allowing you to leverage your expertise and contribute to our global team from the comfort of your home or office in Abu Dhabi.

  • Oversee the strategic direction and execution of key projects in the ADGM framework.
  • Manage and mentor a team of executives to ensure the successful delivery of our business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive growth and expand our market presence in the region.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Coinbase at industry events, conferences, and forums to build our brand and thought leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of our business operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in the financial services or digital asset industry.
  • Strong understanding of the ADGM framework and its regulatory environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile projects and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
