Manage and develop the electrical category within our client's portfolio,Work closely with our team of recruiters to identify and attract top talent in the electrical field,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our clients' staffing needs,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the recruitment industry,Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed,Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on the electrical field,Proven track record of success in managing and developing a category within a client's portfolio,Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and the latest trends and technologies,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
