Home Plus Sentosa is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and provide feedback to management on employee satisfaction and engagement.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Provide general HR support to all departments, including answering employee questions and resolving HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
