📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and data backup procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
