📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses,Assist in the preparation and submission of vehicle reports and documentation,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations,Assist in the organization and management of vehicle insurance and licensing,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as needed,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Valid driver's license is a plus,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
